Today I wanted to do something a bit different. I wanted to highlight some of the fastest growing personal finance blogs that have entered the scene.
Financial Samurai
This one is a no brainer. Sam has quickly amassed a mega following like no one else. Sam is also of course the founder behind the Yakezie challenge (it feels like everyone is apart of it but me!). Sam has already had some of the top personal finance bloggers (Flexo) guest post on his blog. These are blogs where it’s difficult to even have your own guest post published. Each of his blog posts gets more comments than I get here in a month. Thought provoking articles, mixed in with a honest perspective, makes this blog a must read.
Budgeting In the Fun Stuff
A passionate blog ran by a very passionate person. This blogger originally caught my attention through her detailed comments left behind on some of my articles here. It really means a lot to me when someone takes the time to not only leave a comment, but attempts to help out others.
Planting Dollars
Ryan has done a fantastic job with getting this blog off the ground. The writing has a very no-BS tone behind it, and comes off genuine as a result. The thing that admittedly impresses me the most about this blog is the whole layout. I absolutely love the way this blog looks.
Foreigner’s Finances
Austin has an interesting story that everybody should follow. Austin’s story is actually the reason that his blog caught my attention. As I was looking into working abroad a few months ago, Austin contacted me and presented me with the opportunity to host a guest post of his on this very topic. Austin is currently teaching English in Japan, while starting one of the fastest growing personal finance blogs for the 20-something crowd.
My Financial Objectives
Another emerging 20-something pf blogger. This blog has been getting really interesting lately as the blogger is attempting to save up for his first home down-payment. You should definitely be following this young person’s journey to see how it all works out.
I hope I didn’t lose too many readers to these blogs! Now it’s time to highlight some of the posts from other amazing pf blogs.
